A number of projects have been approved at the Town Planning Council of Almaty

Two projects have been approved at the Town Planning Council of Almaty city, the construction of which will ensure the development of about 5.9 hectares of the territory, while the landscaping area will make up more than 1.5 hectares, 392 apartments, 700 parking spaces, one preschool educational institution, the amount of investments will be 12,4 billions tenge. For the period of construction of the objects 480 workplaces will be created, and also the land plot in municipal property of the city for the construction of the school and kindergarten was transferred.

So in the Alatau district north of the Ryskulov Avenue, east of B.Momyshuly Street, the construction project of 13 seven-storey houses with underground parking under yard spaces, commercial premises and a pre-school establishment was approved. The water security strip will be used as a recreational area with children's and playgrounds. The developer transfers a plot of land to the communal property for the construction of a kindergarten and a school.

In the Bostandyk district along Satpayev street the project of reconstruction of one-storeyed industrial building with conversion into a two-storeyed building for service of the population was approved. On the 1st floor of the building it is planned to place a showroom, a food zone, a showroom with servicing rooms, a maintenance station, a tire service, a car wash, technical rooms. On the 2 nd floor: retail space, cafeteria, administrative premises. Landscaping includes the organization of lawns and sidewalks, planting shrubs, trees, installation of lamps.

It should be noted that when considering projects, special attention is paid to the use of energy-efficient solutions, the quality of exterior materials, night lighting of building facades, access conditions for low-mobility groups, landscaping area, load on traffic flows, improvement of yard territories, etc.
